Pumpkin Seeds

We carved our pumpkins last night! Hers what we do with the seeds. They never last more than a day or two!

1/2 tbsp melted butter
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tspgarlic powder
2 cups seeds washed and patted dry
4-6 shakes Lea & Perrins 

Spread out in one layer on a foil lined  baking sheet and bake for one hour at 275, stirring once or twice during the cooking time.
